What to Expect When You Reach Out
The center is open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with 24/7 law enforcement coordination. You will be greeted in a comfortable lobby and assigned an advocate who stays with you throughout your visit. All services are free and immigration status is never questioned or reported.
